Venae Fowler-Jackson - CEO/President, Founder
Venae founded We"R"Listening because she has a deep passion for working with the youth and wanted to give back to the community. Venae was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and is a married with two children. She attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she received her Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Legal Studies and attended Brooklyn College where she received her Masters degree (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Venae is also a professional model and has been in the modeling industry for 14 years. Venae has mentored many teens in her life over the years and wanted to make it a full-time venture. Her motto is "the youth are the most impressionable and this is the time to make a significant impact." That she will do!

Antoinette Prescott - Director, Co-Founder
Antoinette Prescott is a native from Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Virginia Beach. She is a professional working mother of 3 girls, who has always had a passion for helping our youth. Antoinette has had her fair share of challenges as a teenager and hopes to utilize her experiences to help the upcoming youth and be a positive guide in their lives.
Cassandra James - Director
Cassandra James graduated from Towson University with a B.A. in Psychology. After working for two years, she decided to pursue a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College. She recently was certified as a Professional in Human Resources. It is her goal to mentor young women in a way that wasnt afforded her to allow them to have a safe place to vent their inner feelings, ask questions, and get honest feedback.
Dieshia Parker - Director
Dieshia is a mother of two and originally from Harlem, New York. She currently resides in New Jersey. Dieshia attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she received her B.S. in Legal Studies. She is a paralegal and her hobby is ice skating. She is interested in working with teens so she can make a difference in their lives. She wants to give them the opportunity to know that someone is there to listen to them and that they are not alone.
