Venae Fowler - CEO/President, Founder

Venae founded We R Listening because she has a deep passion for working with the youth and wanted to give back to the community. Venae was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Venae is a professional model and has been in the modeling industry for over 20 years. Venae has mentored many young women in her life over the years and wanted to make it a full-time venture. Her motto is "the youth are the most impressionable and this is the time to make a significant impact." That she will do!

Antoinette Prescott - Director, Co-Founder

Antoinette Prescott is a native from Brooklyn, NY and currently resides in Virginia Beach. She is a professional working mother of 3 girls, who has always had a passion for helping our youth. in addition to her experience mentoring youth, Antoinette also spends a lot of time working with the homeless in the community. Antoinette has a passion for helping others and enjoys making a difference in people’s life. Antoinette has also had her fair share of challenges as a teenager and hopes to utilize her experiences to help the upcoming youth and be a positive guide in their lives.

Cassandra James - Director

Cassandra James graduated from Towson University with a B.A. in Psychology. After working for two years, she decided to pursue a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources and is currently studying American Sign Language and will graduate with a degree in ASL/English interpretation. Cassandra is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Omicron Upsilon Omega Chapter. It is her goal to mentor young women in a way that wasn't afforded her to allow them to have a safe place to vent their inner feelings, ask questions, and get honest feedback.
